St. Brigid’s-Jeffery Hale fights to avoid deficit

Administrators at St. Brigid's-Jeffery Hale Hospital say they have had to delay hiring plans and the purchase of new equipment in order to keep the institution from entering a prohibited budgetary deficit situation for the fiscal year that ends on March 31.

Honoring battle life

I wonder if there could still be a way to have a summer event regarding the battle. As a former resident of Quebec City, I understand the sensitivity this event has for many francophones. How would anyone like to have salt rubbed into an old would over and over again? I'm not suggesting that the reality of history be totally buried because of negative feeling the conflict stirs in some.
