he cast and crew of the Artbeat Theatre production of The Rocky Horror Show are adapting the cult film The Rocky Horror Picture Show to the Quebec City stage just in time for Halloween! The bronze sculpture constituting the upper part of the monument was created in 1991 by the artist Jean-Louis Baillairgé (1918-1998), a representative of the seventh generation of this illustrious family.
