The snowstorm that hit Quebec City on Jan. 13, first went through the state of New York, notably Buffalo. The snowstorm forced the National Football League to postpone the wild-card playoff game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Bills, which was scheduled for Jan.14, to the next day.
