After two years of closure due to COVID-19 measures, Heritage Lower Saint Lawrence (HLSL) is pleased to announce the reopening of its English library and resource centre at a new location (167 ave. Belzile, Rimouski). To celebrate the grand reopening, HLSL hosted an open house on March 18 at its brand new premises. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by partners, with the notable presence of Mayor Guy Caron as well as past and present HLSL board members and staff. Caron, HLSL board chair Alexander Reford and Cathy Brown, executive director of the Regional Development Network, cut the ribbon. This kickoff was followed by a grand opening weekend for the public, which saw more than 25 people visit the new central location.
