Get your green hats and scarves ready! The Défilé de la Saint-Patrick de Québec (Quebec City St. Patrick’s Day Parade) will return to the streets of Old Quebec on March 25 after a three-year absence due to public health precautions. The parade will begin at 2 p.m. Further details will be revealed in near-future editions of the QCT and on the parade website (qcpatrick.com) and Facebook page.
