Dance caller James Allan recites Robert Burns’ poem “Address to a Haggis” before cutting the ceremonial meat pudding on Jan. 21. Haggis, neeps and tatties (rutabagas and potatoes) and scotch whisky are the traditional elements of a Burns Supper; there was also plenty of homemade pie served!
