On the evening of Aug. 7, comedian and clarinetist Christopher Hall and his string quartet presented an original show at the Edwin-Bélanger Bandstand that blended classical music and humour. Between pieces by Mozart, Brahms, Beethoven and others, Hall punctuated the evening with humour, making classical music accessible and entertaining. PETiTOM and the Lost Fingers will perform at the last two concerts of the season on Aug. 12 and 14. The concerts are free and reservations are not required. Showtime is 7 p.m. Bring your own folding chair or blanket. (Photo by Shirley Nadeau) Edwin-Bélanger Bandstand more popular than ever…
