June 25 to 28 – Le Festibière de Lévis returns to Quai Paquet with more fun, flavours and variety than ever, accompanied by four days of fantastic programming and plenty of microbreweries, distilleries, vineyards and restaurants to discover just a short ferry ride from Quebec City. June 25 to 28 – Festival Québec Jazz en Juin features a multitude of great shows by renowned artists on a variety of stages. For details and tickets, visit festivalquebecjazzenjuin.com. 

June 26 to 28 – The 2026 Wendake Pow Wow takes place at 100 Boul. Bastien, Wendake. Dive into the heart of Indigenous traditions where culture, dance and music come alive in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Free admission to conferences, demonstrations, artisans’ trail, children’s zone, and more. Admission to the Dance Circle is $13.50 for teens and adults, $6.75 for children six-12 and free for children five and under. For more details, visit powwowwendake.ca/en.

June 20 to Oct. 12 – EXMURO presents Unusual trails, an outdoor public art experience in two Quebec City parks. Inspired by the famous “Passages insolites” trail, this contemporary art event invites the public to discover art installations integrated into the natural environment through exhibitions by Giorgia Volpe at Parc des Saules and by Cooke-Sasseville at the Base de plein air de Sainte-Foy. June 27 to Aug. 22 – The 48th edition of the Festival international du Domaine Forget de Charlevoix takes place in the village of St-Irénée, halfway between Baie St-Paul and La Malbaie. Wednesday, July 1 at 11 a.m.  – Celebrate Canada Day with a flag-raising ceremony and cake for everyone on Dufferin Terrace and a wide range of fun activities for all ages on the Plains of Abraham during the afternoon. For details, visit feteducanadaquebec.ca/programmation.

Wednesday, July 1 at 12:05 p.m. – Musical Wednesdays at Chalmers-Wesley United Church. The first weekly concert of the summer series features Quebec organist Jean Côté, who will perform works by Calixa Lavallée, who composed “O Canada,” a fugue on the same theme by James McGowan, and other classical works. Friday, July 3 – Celebrate the Fête de la Ville de Québec! The explorer Samuel de Champlain founded the City of Québec on this date in 1608. In 2026, let’s celebrate our city’s 418th anniversary! A range of free activities will be on offer in the city throughout the day, including a free open-air concert by the Orchestre symphonique de Québec at Place Jean-Béliveau at 7:30 p.m. For details, visit animee.ville.quebec.qc.ca/3juillet

Sunday, July 5 at 4 p.m. – The Canadian Bandurist Capella choir and musicians perform at Chalmers-Wesley United Church, as part of their 25th anniversary tour of Eastern Canada. July 7 to 9 – The 13th annual Sacred Journeys International Conference takes place at Université Laval, hosted by the Réseau Québécois pour les Études Pèlerines (RQÉP). The bilingual annual conference celebrates the study and practice of pilgrimage on both a local and global scale and brings together experts and passionate participants to share their insights and expertise in pilgrimage studies. A variety of sessions, workshops and networking opportunities will enrich your knowledge and create lasting connections. Wednesday, July 8 at 12:05 p.m. – Musical Wednesdays at Chalmers-Wesley United Church at 78 Rue Ste-Ursule, features contralto Priscilla-Ann Tremblay, accompanied by pianist Jean-François Mailloux, who invite you to her recital based on Hans Christian Andersen’s story of The Teapot / La Théière. Tremblay, a member of the Opéra de Québec chorus, and Mailloux presented this charming musical story last year, complete with tea and china accessories, as part of the Festival d’Opéra Brigade lyrique series. All summer 2026 – The Musée d’art contemporain located in the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul, presents its summer exhibit Eaux vives, exploring oceanic and coastal landscapes. Featured works and artists are: Rivière de perles / River of Pearls, by Indonesia-born Canadian artist Ari Bayuaji, featuring immersive installations created from discarded fishing nets and plastics collected along shorelines; Ressacs, by Quebec City artist Eveline Boulva, whose work explores changing landscapes and environmental issues; and Trame, an exhibition showcasing significant textile works from the Museum’s collection. Quebec City Reading Council is a literacy organization for English-speakers offering family programs, adult learning, and activities for 50+ learners. They empower the community through connection and lifelong learning. For details  visit qcrc.org.
