Valedictorian Soriya Casals gave a concise and powerful speech at the 2024 graduation ceremony. She reminded her fellow graduates that no matter their route in life beyond CEGEP, St. Lawrence will always be home and a unifying factor in their lives. This photo of the Hôtel Château Normandie, located at the corner of Rue du Fort and Rue Sainte-Anne, facing the Place d’Armes in Quebec City, was taken in 1949. At the time, the ground floor was occupied by a tourist information office, and it still is to this day. The other levels now house the Hotel Manoir Morgan.
