As part of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Quebec City, Whisky Quebec introduced a dozen whiskey lovers to five whiskies: Lot No. 40 100% Pot Still Rye Whisky from Windsor, Ontario; Michter Single Carrel Straight Rye Whiskey from three locations in Kentucky; Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky from Japan; Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey aged 12 years from County Cork, Ireland; and the GlenAllachie Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Speyside, Scotland.
