Quebecers and tourists are singing a merry tune this holiday season with the opening of the 15th German Christmas Market in Old Quebec. Since major construction is going on at Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, one section of the market was moved to Dufferin Terrace, around the statue of Samuel de Champlain near the Château Frontenac.
