The Ville de Québec is moving forward with plans to include businesses, industrial facilities and institutions in its purple bag table waste composting program. To keep the system in good condition, it is important to put only table scraps into the purple bags. Recycling goes in clear blue bags, and garbage – including kitty litter – goes in black bags.
