As the sun set over Quebec City on Sept. 30, the Quebec government lit the
National Assembly building in orange in recognition of the first National Day
of Truth and Reconciliation. The holiday is also known as Orange Shirt Day, in
honour of British Columbia residential school survivor Phyllis Webstad, whose
