78th Fraser Highlanders to celebrate St. Andrew’s Day

St. Andrew's Day, Scotland's national holiday, is marked with celebrations of Scottish culture along with traditional Scottish food, dance and music.

On Saturday, November 22, the Fort St. Andrew's Garrison of the Quebec City 78th Fraser Highlanders will be doing their best to mark St. Andrew's Day in their own way.
