The stage was set in Quebec City for the Grande Virée des canotiers et canotières. On March 7, under a clear blue sky, a bright sun, with above-zero temperatures, canoers and spectators assembled at Baie de Beauport.

First of all, the children went up the other stairs to College Hall rather than into the library.
Secondly, Azanie Roy was not the storyteller, although she was there to meet and greet everyone.
E-bikes on a roll at annual bike show

This could be the year that e-bikes really take off. According to Christian Rodrigue, organizer of the 35th annual Salon Info-Vélo held Feb. 28-March 1 at the cruise ship terminal, “everybody” wants a battery-powered bike.
