Construction of Bonhomme’s Ice Palace is well underway, as workers work through cold temperatures during the week to ensure the castle is finished in time for the opening of Quebec City’s famous Winter Carnival, on January 29.

Newcomers to the English-speaking community enjoyed snowshoeing on a cold, snowy and windy Saturday, January 16. Forty individuals, families and friends, strapped on traditional snowshoes to explore the Plains of Abraham, departing from the Museum next to the Drill Hall.
