A relatively recent Irish immigrant to Quebec City once said there are two types of immigrants here: “the refugees – from war and persecution – and the love refugees.” Quebec City-based playwright and producer Kevin McCoy is a “love refugee,” having moved here nearly two decades ago from Chicago to live with the love of his life.
