Tramway no. 901 of the Quebec Railway Light and Power Company is shown at the corner of Côte Dinan and Côte du Palais, 1947.

According to local lore, a tramway roundabout once traversed our backyard in what was then the western outskirts of Quebec City. Back then, the wooden rails ran along what is now the line between our property and our neighbours’. Across the lane, there’s still a building which, we’re told, was the stable for the horses that used to pull the trolley cars.
