Rue Baldwin is a short residential street in Limoilou between Avenue Champfleury and Avenue Bardy, near Parc Bardy.

Rue Baldwin is named for Robert Baldwin (1804-1858), born in York, now Toronto. He was a lawyer and politician who, with his partner in politics, Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine, led the first responsible ministry in Canada. The concept of "responsible government" is attributed to Robert Baldwin and his father, Dr. William W. Baldwin.
