Liberal Saudi blogger Raif Badawi, who was sentenced to 1,000 lashes for criticizing Islamic clerics, has had his second round of public flogging postponed for another week. The first round was administered on January 9 in front of a mosque in his hometown of Jeddah, where Badawi is also serving a 10-year prison sentence.
