Quebecers mourn the passing of a sports giant

The Rimouski Océanic paid homage to the late Maurice Tanguay, the founder of the team, prior to a Feb. 27 game against the Drummondville Voltigeurs in Rimouski.
On Feb. 25, one of Quebec City’s biggest sports boosters, furniture entrepreneur Maurice Tanguay, died at his residence in Lévis, at the age of 87.
