SORIQ's conference -10 Years of the Scottish Parliament - The Evolution of Devolution

On the next SORIQ's conference, the Presiding Officer of the Scottish Parliament, Mr Alex Fergusson MSP, will reflect on the progress made in the first ten years of the Scottish Parliament. He will touch on some of the Parliament's successes, such as its innovative public engagement programmes, and will discuss how the Parliament has reacted to recent political changes such as minority government.


Finally, he will look ahead at how devolution and the Scottish Parliament may develop and evolve in the future.

This conference will take place at the Cercle de la Garnison de Québec, on Tartan' Day, April 6th 2009 at 8:00am. Cost: 45$
