Two-hundred and fifty years ago last Sunday, Scotland's favourite son, the poet Robbie Burns, was born. True to tradition, the English- and French-speaking communities -- among them a countless number of Scots -- celebrated the birth of Scotland's national hero with the Burns Supper on Saturday evening at the Quebec Garrison Club.
