Deep below the Grand Théâtre de Québec, students at Quebec’s Conservatoire de musique are rehearsing the songs, dance moves and lines for the fast-approaching premiere of Frances Brooke’s operetta Rosina. The production is to be staged at Morrin Centre’s College Hall from January 24 to 27.
