Mérici College: the art of good food and drink

Verrines mi-cuit de truite caramélisée au miel de verge d'or, salade asperge et chèvre des neiges (it sounds more delicious in French than in English) were served at the Côte de Beaupré Station by Lisanne Gingras, owner of La Mangue verte.

Last Thursday evening, an amazing fundraising event was held in the gymnasium of Mérici College on Grande Allée. But you'd never have guessed it was a gym! Exquisitely dressed tables, curtained walls, subtle indirect lighting and a buffet of gastronomic delights from four different regions of Quebec greeted some 190 diners.
