City closes Sillery arena – slated for demolition

Quebec City has one less arena.

City officials have confirmed the Jacques Côté arena in Sillery will be demolished within weeks. The structure, built in 1972, and home to several skating and hockey organizations, was condemned as the result of a cracked wooden ceiling beam.
