On Wednesday, February 6, the Comité des Arts of the Quebec Garrison Club welcomed Chef Jean Soulard as a special guest to give a conference entitled “The evolution of cuisine in New France.” However, Soulard’s talk was mainly about his 45-year career as a chef.
