Absentee voter registration draws a crowd at the U.S. Consulate General in Quebec City

The U.S. Consulate in Quebec City participates in a worldwide push to get American citizens and dual citizens out to vote in upcoming election

At the U.S. Consulate General in Quebec City on Wednesday, September 28, free cookies and coffee, and the promise to meet the new Consul General, Allison Areias-Vogel, attracted a steady stream of U.S. citizens and dual citizens (i.e., citizens of the U.S. and Canada). “We want to reach out to as many potential voters as possible,” said the consul.
