Trash to treasure...but beware!

Dear Miss Durie,

We recently completed a large home renovation and need to sell some of our furniture and other items that no longer work in our space. I have listed some of my items on various Internet sites and a few people emailed me and requested that they pay me with PayPal. I don't have a PayPal account and I'm wondering if that is normal practice in 2012?

During one of the meetings of our creative writing group some years ago, at the Uplands Museum in Lennoxville, we had to write about the best meals we had ever eaten. The inspired work of the other members of the group gave me hunger pains. Their favorite meals all sounded so delicious. Here is what I wrote.
