FEQ fetes 50th with photo exhibit and street acts

From a modest beginning with Quebec folk acts playing in the courtyard of the Séminaire de Québec to the mega-stage on the Plains of Abraham welcoming 80,000 people to see the Rolling Stones, the Festival d’étè de Québec (FEQ) has come a long way in style and ambition in its 50 years.

For the 32nd year, the Salon Info-Vélo showed off 2017s offerings by some 90 exhibitors at the Cruise Terminal of the Old Port. Over the years, the world of cyclists has greatly developed. Information on different types of bikes, routes, vacation packages and competitions could all be found at the Salon.
