Parliamentary committee may examine fluoridation of drinking water

On March 12, MNA for Richmond Karine Vallières held a press conference along with the Quebec Coalition Eau Secours to announce that their petition had been accepted by the office of Health Minister Réjean Hébert, and that steps are being taken to set up a parliamentary committee to consider ending all fluoridation of water in Quebec.

Expo helps Quebecers to “eat healthy and live green”

On March 23 and 24, 2013, three categories of exhibitors at the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert shared information, ideas, and samples with Quebec City residents. At the Palais des Congrès, booths were grouped according to the themes of ecology, global health, and healthy food, and included both well-known and more recent products and methods.
