5th Annual Winterfest in Shannon

While Quebec City hosts its 57th Annual Winter Carnival, the Municipality of Shannon will be celebrating its 5th Winterfest this coming weekend. The festivities kick off this Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Centre with the Opening Ceremonies.

At a recent council meeting, the Municipality of Shannon highlighted their Fire Chief Alain Castonguay's 25 years of service. The municipality thanked Castonguay for his many years of loyal service and expressed to him their gratitude for his commitment, involvement and dedication in continually improving the quality of fire protection services in Shannon.
