Prime Minister Stephen Harper visited Quebec City on Thursday, February 6. In the morning he dropped by the Winter Carnival site on the Plains of Abraham and was given a tour by Mayor Régis Labeaume and Bonhomme Carnaval.

For over ten years a group of retired Quebec City Francophones have been meeting twice a week to maintain and improve their English-language skills. Some of them originally met while taking English-Second-Language classes at the Université du 3e ge de Québec (UTAQ) at Université Laval.
