CBC Radio’s Bernard St-Laurent comes to celebrate

CBC Radio host Bernard St-Laurent and C’est la vie are coming to Quebec City!

The show will be broadcast from Quebec City on Friday, April 4—asalute to the city’s 400th anniversary. They’ll be setting up at Palais Montcalm in the Café-Spectacles for 7:15 p.m.

Founding Families Walk during marathon

The Marathon de Deux Rives has an extended mission this year. It has also invited families to get on board for a special marathon to help honour the city’s 400th anniversary. Organizers are hoping for 8,000 participants, double last year’s crowd, with help from participants in the Founding Families Walk.

An eco-friendly way to celebrate Quebec City

Residents and visitors to Quebec City will be able to travel from one site to another together in a special shuttle bus that will cruise around to 16 tourist attractions during this summer’s 400th anniversary festivities.

Joujouthèque de Sainte-Foy bazaar

The Joujouthèque de Sainte-Foy is preparing for its annual bazaar. For everyone who wants to buy or sell games, toys, seasonal articles for children, strollers, high chairs, beds, clothing, books and more, plan to attend the bazaar on Saturday, April 19 from 9 to 1 p.m. at the Centre communautaire Ressources, 3200 Ave. D’Amours.
