The Alca Torda razorbill or petit pingouin, as it is called locally, flies over the St. Lawrence River on the hunt for capelin or sand lance.

On June 12, the QCT and other media representatives set out by boat for the Île-aux-Grues archipelago downriver from Île d’Orléans to view a particular species of colonial seabirds, known in French as petit pingouins and in English as razorbills, which come to the islands in the St. Lawrence River to breed.
