The American frigate USS De Wert (FFG-45), visited Quebec City last weekend. She received visitors on board for several days before going on to Montreal and into the Great Lakes, visiting many other Canadian and American ports along the way. Accompanying the USS De Wert was the Cyclone class coastal patrol ship the USS Hurricane.
