T’ouvrir ma porte art exhibit at the Clarté-Dieu gallery

La Clarté-Dieu is presenting an exceptional week-long solo exhibit of works of art by Mary Roscoe Murphy Robertson from Saturday, June 3, to Sunday, June 11.

Mary Robertson has participated in many collective exhibits since the Clarté-Dieu relocated to the Claridge apartment building at 220 Grande Allée Est in 2010. A resident of the Claridge herself, over the years she has been a kind and caring neighbour to the permanent members of the Clarté-Dieu team.

Robertson likes to play with colours and textures and explore the contrasts and complements of her environment. A dynamic person, Roberson participates in exhibits in the Quebec City region, Montreal and in Prince Edward Island, where she spends her summers.

All are welcome to visit the T’ouvrir ma porte exhibit in the Clarté-Dieu gallery from 1 to 5 p.m. from June 3 to 11. The artist herself will be present and will be offering punch and cookies to visitors. The gallery is situated on the ground floor of the Claridge apartment building, at 220 Grande Allée Ouest, door #160, (facing the elevator of the west wing). Visitors may enter via the front door by using the door code 1076. IMG_1219.JPG   (Image courtesy of Mary Robertson)  Shoreline Interactions (18” x 36”) is just one of the works of art by Mary Roscoe Murphy Robertson that will be on display at the Clarté-Dieu gallery in June.
