Rue Learmonth is a cul-de-sac off Avenue Moncton in the Montcalm district Of Quebec City. 

Rue Learmonth, a short street in the Montcalm district, is named in honour of Okill Massey Learmonth, VC, MC. Born in Quebec City on February 20, 1894, he is considered Quebec City’s greatest hero of the First World War.
