Rue de la Place-Philippe, in the Sainte-Foy district of Quebec City, is lined with apartment buildings. The street begins at Avenue Emile-Coté (named for Philippe’s father, also an architect) and runs down to Avenue Chapdelaine. Halfway along, the street widens enough for a nicely-treed park planted in the centre, called Place Phillip.
