Côte Badelard is a pedestrian cobblestone pathway off Rue Arago Est. It winds its way up the hill through Parc Badelard on its way to Rue Lavigueur. The wooden staircase cuts the distance in half.

This cobblestone pathway and wooden staircase which join Upper (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) and Lower Town (Saint-Roch) are named in honour of Philippe-Louis-François Badelard (1728-1807).
