Avenue du Pont-Scott runs south from Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, crosses over the St. Charles River, and ends at Rue Saint-Vallier Ouest. Pont Scott is a one-lane bridge with traffic signals to let drivers know when they can proceed across. A nearby riverside park is also named in honour of Thomas Scott.

Avenue du Pont-Scott leads to and over Pont Scott, the bridge crossing the St. Charles River between Rue Marie-de-l’Incarnation and Avenue Saint-Sacrement.
