One year ago, 20 year old Jillian O'Connell, from Port Daniel on the Gaspe Coast had finished High School but, without the requisite number of credits to graduate. Along with her mother and boyfriend she went to Ontario each summer, for months at a time, to find work. She was and is an avid volunteer in the region, her future was uncertain and she has epilepsy.
