Compagnons de la Nouvelle-France march to battle during a re-enactment of the Seven Years War at the Citadelle de Québec.

Over the long May weekend, more than 60 history buffs and their families re-enacted the life of soldiers during the Seven Years War, which took place from 1754 to 1763, although the main conflict occurred from 1756 to 1763. The Royal 22e Régiment Museum at the Citadelle de Québec hosted the fifth annual École soldat de la Nouvelle-France / New France Infantry School.
