The City of Quebec is enhancing many of its public spaces this summer. On June 23, the Place éphémère Charles-H.-Blais was inaugurated in front of the library named after the former mayor of Sillery, from 1974 to 1985. It was Blais who instigated the project to open a public library on Avenue Maguire.
