Is it edible or not? Picking and eating mysterious mushrooms can be fraught with danger. This fascinating walk in the woods will teach how to identify, pick and prepare the right kind of mushrooms.

The Forêt Montmorency of Université Laval, the largest teaching and research forest in the world, is offering a full day of activities to help people better understand and gather forest products. They will be accompanied by a mycologist (fungi and mushroom specialist) and attend a cooking workshop with a chef who specializes in the preparation of mushrooms.
