Quebecers are more likely to admit to drinking and driving than people in the rest of Canada, a new poll suggests. At least one Quebec group is blaming low enforcement for the number of drunk drivers in Quebec. (CBC)   A survey released by the Canadian Automobile Association shows that 37 per cent of respondants in Quebec admit to getting behind the wheel after drinking too much. That is well above the Canadian average of 24 per cent.
