A week of celebrating launched the long-awaited DVD and traditional history of Valcartier and Shannon, called Ireland in Quebec.

Fiddler Jimmy Kelly and accordionist Keith Corrigan recorded the CD with fellow musicians five years ago; the CD comes with a history of traditional Irish dance and song, including steps and lyrics, from the two municipalities.
