The Quebec City region has had its share of snow! Backyards and sheds are under its cover.
A record-breaking winter’s snowfall may be the stuff of dreams for Quebec City kids, but it’s serious cause for worry among their parents.
Roofs throughout the province of Quebec have been crumbling under the weight of this year’s unprecedented snowfall, and that has some parents worried about the flat-roofed schools of the Central Québec School Board (CQSB).
