St. Lawrence holds open house

Champlain St. Lawrence College will hold an open house for parents and students attending English and French high schools. The even will be held at the college at 790 Neree Tremblay Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Prospective students and their parents will be able to meet with faculty representatives from the Creative Arts, Literature and Languages, P.W. Sims Business Administration, Science, Social Science and Tourism programs

Representatives from Student Services will be available to answer questions related to admissions, sports, cultural and community activities, special needs and counselling services.

General Information Sessions in English are scheduled for 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.

General Information Sessions in French are scheduled for 7:15 p.m., 8 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.

The following programs will hold information stands in the gymnasium during the whole evening: Creative Arts, Literature and Languages, P.W. Sims Business Administration, Science, Social Science and Tourism. Staff from admissions and student services will be available to answer questions.

Program presentations will be offered at the following times:

P.W. Sims Business Administration: 7:45 p.m. (English) and 8:30 p.m. (French) Creative Arts, Literature and Languages (Bilingual): 7:30 p.m. Science (Bilingual): 7:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Social Science: 7:30 p.m. (French), 8 p.m. (English) and 8:30 (French) p.m.
Hockey (Bilingual)
A presentation by the Champlain St-Lawrence hockey program will begin at 8:15 p.m. and be followed by a question period.
Volunteers will be available for the distribution of an updated floor plan with the times and locations of the various activities. Any changes will be posted on the college website.
