The executive of the Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) underwent a major shake-up this past wekeend.

Debbie Horrocks of the Riverside School Board in Montreal was elected president of the association at the organization’s annual general meeting. She succeeds Marcus Tabachnik, who served as president for the maximum allowable period of two two-year terms.
